just aswell it dont affect my car insurance its under my bosses policy got phone call from poilce saying not going to get done for driving without due care and attention but may have to go on a better driver course

Don't count on it, if you do get done for anything it will still affect your car insurance, fingers crossed you only have to do a driving course
