my scoob is de-catted does anyone know of an mot station that will mot this for me as i dont really want to put the cat back in

any help with this will be greatly apreciated

I was told by my MOT station that the rules on imports changed and they only need to pass a basic emmisions test from 1st April.

So if it's an import should be ok
