Some Help For A Southerner Please

I've posted this question inthe technical section and been advised to post in here, due to some of you guys being gurus of suspension, so here goes....

I've got a set of Tein H1's or H2's (Tein Uk aren't sure, even with me giving them the part numbers on all 4 struts) which came with my Impreza when I bought it. I'm going to refurb them myself, but I don't know what grade oil is best to use. Tein UK aren't much use for this information either, with them coming back to me saying, "regardless of age, we wont release any specifications of our suspension". Personally I can't see how 13 year old suspension technology is going to help anyone but hey

Any ideas, or if there is another company out there, that can refurb suspension, then that'll be even better. (tein wont refurb them )

There is a company who refurbish bilstiens in glenrothes, I have no idea who they are Ive only heard them spoken about, if you search online you could call them and ask.

We use a guy who is ex Bilstein set up his own business namely black art design or something, we sent a set of rear Billies to him off the rally car last year.Sterling job at a fraction of the cost of the big boys.
