timmy2take Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 Think i've decided to go for a standard Exedy clutch. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Subaru-Impreza-Turbo...1QQcmdZViewItem Just need someone to put it in for me as it's meant to be as it's meant to be a bit of pig of a job for a first timer like myself. Anywhere in Kent would be fine for me really as the car is still drivable at the moment. Personally i'd like to do it myself with someone to talk me through it and then i'd know for next time. Many thanks

dazzlers82 Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 there an easy enough job but if your not a mechanic an have little mechanical knowledge then its best to take it to someone who can do it
timmy2take Posted April 10, 2008 Author Posted April 10, 2008 Managed to get someone called Alex who owns Hiroshima Power ( Toyota MR2 Turbo Hiroshima Power Best Time/Speed: 12.092s @ 126.780 mph) he's worked on one of my cars before and he's doing it for £30 an hour. 4 hours worst case scenario he's said, and he'll get the flywheel skimmed for £40.
