wedmonds1 Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Chaps, While parked up in traffic today in Swanley a chap got out of his car and stood across the road from me. It was when he turned his back I realised that he was checking number plates. He scanned the road before noticing me and taking down my plate. Obviously being the caring type, I gave him the thumbs up to which he shook his head. I then blew a kiss and gave him a cheeky wink and drove off (while he was shaking his head in a 'i cannot afford a car as nice as that so why should he have one' manner') Question: 1) Do you think I have pulled and have a friend for life? 2) What do the vehicle license registration chaps normally do now?

Scooby Hoo? Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Is a double negative Daz I'm impressed Yogi in a none condescending way. Are you trying to improve the club's weeding and whiteing skills?
mikkers Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 My guess would be a patronising letter arriving sometime between now and Christmas. And I had no idea you had to be so grammatically correct on this forum. I for one will certainly be thoroughly checking my posts for compound split infinitives.
