swifty1981 Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 does an ecu on a bugeye re-set the same as the classic, just by disconnecting the the bat because mine has the engine light on. i no what the fault is which i will fix 2morrow. i think the ecu is running in safe mode because the car is really slow

swifty1981 Posted March 8, 2008 Author Posted March 8, 2008 its miss firing on one cylinder which is why i think the check engine light is on. the past owner had it pluged in and it did come up with a miss fire, but they didnt think it was and didnt do anything. after driving it home it started miss firing and run lumpy. im hoping i can dosome pics today it a 2001 bugeye blue with gold metel flake and gold wheels and a pro drive spoiler

swifty1981 Posted March 8, 2008 Author Posted March 8, 2008 duno what to. i dont think the car is miss firing now but it is running a bit lumpy engine light still stays on after i tried re-setting the ecu. and the car is no where near as quick as my 2000 turbo
