Mechanic Needed

Any mechanics here from Aberdeenshire?

I need a speedo cable replacing asap if possible. (haven't a clue how to do it myself and wouldnt want to try!)

I did have one lined up, but he hasn't turned up - twice!

Could take it to a garage of course, but would rather deal with somebody that knows these cars. Tried Brian Downie, but he is full up for weeks sigh

If anyone could let me know would be grateful, thanks.

cheers, thanks for that, but not sure if i could get a cable that quick lol (actually, theres a thought, nae sure where to get one! guess i should ring t&c on monday!)

i am going to see somebody tomorrow who used to do cars for me, if he can't help will give you a shout mate
