Engine Bay Pics Not Neeeded Now Been Busy

hi guys away to try and fit my dump valve!!but have saw some fitted diffrently!mine has the dump valve on the left if you was standing infont of the car!does it go on the pipe cuming upwards so sits flat?or the other pipe so sits on its side!am comfused been told so many diffrent things!
