I have a classic de-cat

Where should I go for an MOT in the Dundee/Tayside area?

My friend told me that it might not pass emissions

Another friend said take it to AWD and they put another exhaust on for £50.

The MOT expires next week, so any help would be great guys

why would you pay 50£ to get the emissions tested?when a mot is 52£ (or there about got last 1 for 20£)get it moted and if it failes you will get a free resit within ten days

What year classic do you have??

Is it import??

93-96 imports, if they can pass the 3.5 CO test they dont need a cat fitted, UK cars 93 on will need a cat fitted regardless, unless you have a friendly tester.

If you need a catted centre section, i have a double one made up. My brother in-law has a garage in dundee, he can fit it and get your mot sorted out if you like, he's an ex scoob owner and knows his stuff.

Cheers Kev, it's in your brother and law's garage, passed emissions no problem without cat, just getting a few other bits done, but in all for my first MOT with a Scoob of that age im impressed, - Horn, bulb and bushes. Im well chuffed

Another thing, my car has a one piece exhaust, but thanks for the offer of CAT.

After the MOT is done im looking to get a bit of spraying done = colour coded skirts front bumper/new splitter and rust on one arch.
