Do some raffles & maybe a fee for all those who attend, try to raise a £1k. £200 each region, then £400 goes to the region with the winning car. Have not put a lot of thought into it yet but just wanted your opinions.

And as this year, I think that we want to be raising funds for 2 big things this year, (Santa Cruise AND the Colin Mcrae thing for Jerviswood) that we could do with raising all the money we can this year!!!
