Another Small Problem?

Got in my car lastnite and warmed it up(as you do) nice and steady and decided for a blast down the bypass, then the "Engine check" light flashed on, then it went off??? Done it a couple of times now but only for a split second when giving it a bit of stick! Any ideas??

try doing a fault diagnostic check,i had to do it to find the problem of my lamba sensor and maff air flow sensor today
