filled out the forms last night mate but got an email today saying "Our records indicate that your online data backups are not occurring due to an incomplete registration."

can I go through it all again or will that create a second account?

Just follow the instructions in that email, which means you have to do the full registration again or speak to an advisor on their live chat or reply to the email.
