Gearbox And Rear Diff Oil Change

Hi Guys looking for a tad information please

I am going to be changing my engine oil next week and was wondering if i should change the gearbox and rear diff oil at the same time if so can somebody tell me what oil to use in the gearbox and diff thanks

Millers 75-90 for G/box and Diff.

Motul 15w50 or Millers 10w40 for Engine.
