Hi all, have spoken to Pele re: shirts and the artwork is being re-designed at the moment so until that has been done and i can get a hold of it the shirts are going to be on hold.

tell me if i am wrong here please but the t shrits are being funded by ourselves sop do we not decide what is on them as a club if so the existing logo is good for me so alkl we need is a existing t shirt and have it scanned to get the artwork that is what i did with the scoobyclinic merchandise i arranged for thwm

If you want a club t-shirt then someone needs to just go out and do it. This was my intension 8 months ago but I got my wrist slapped, should have done it anyway. You lot couldn't organize a P*** Up In a Brewery, and thats the truth, sorry to say

I have done as much as i possibly can, if i can't get the artwork i can go no further. From what i can gather the artwork is being trade marked hence the redesign to add the TM. That is why there will be a delay. I can only apologise and i realise it is frustrating. And i can only do what i can do.

Its being trademarked What a load of bo**ox

The last time the pile of bulls**t story we were given was that we had to change the artwork as the bloke who had it on his pc had trademarked it and no-one else could use it.

Sorry Jay but you've been fed a pile of bulls**t. Thanks for all of your effort. Its good to know that someone can actually sort something out with regards to t-shirts and other merchandise. Its just a shame that you haven't got any support when you need it.

You can have either Sue. Full embroidery - front and back - £20-22+vat. Front embroidery, back print is £15-18+vat

Herman only found out last night that the trademark needed to be added to t-shirt design, it is all ready to go, all he needs to know is what format the t-shirt company require it in

It doesn't need the trademark on it Sue. In order for something to be a trademark you need to pay money to do legal searches to ensure that you are not using something that is already a trademark and pay to register it. This has not been done.
