baser999 Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 (edited) FPMSL pure comedy, people pay good money for much less quality entertainment. The whole issue of club t-shirts now is becoming a farce.........perhaps we should have "Kent Scoobies - Comedy Club" on them Edited September 29, 2007 by BASER999
eureka Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 and why is the art work having to be re designed tell me if i am wrong here please but the t shrits are being funded by ourselves sop do we not decide what is on them as a club if so the existing logo is good for me so alkl we need is a existing t shirt and have it scanned to get the artwork that is what i did with the scoobyclinic merchandise i arranged for thwm
Scooby Hoo? Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 (edited) If you want a club t-shirt then someone needs to just go out and do it. This was my intension 8 months ago but I got my wrist slapped, should have done it anyway. You lot couldn't organize a P*** Up In a Brewery, and thats the truth, sorry to say Edited September 29, 2007 by Granby

big jay Posted September 29, 2007 Author Posted September 29, 2007 I have done as much as i possibly can, if i can't get the artwork i can go no further. From what i can gather the artwork is being trade marked hence the redesign to add the TM. That is why there will be a delay. I can only apologise and i realise it is frustrating. And i can only do what i can do.

Dalthegooner Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Its being trademarked What a load of bo**ox The last time the pile of bulls**t story we were given was that we had to change the artwork as the bloke who had it on his pc had trademarked it and no-one else could use it. Sorry Jay but you've been fed a pile of bulls**t. Thanks for all of your effort. Its good to know that someone can actually sort something out with regards to t-shirts and other merchandise. Its just a shame that you haven't got any support when you need it. Scooby Hoo's statement is spot on!!!!

Dalthegooner Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Big jay... was the new shirts going to be embroidered or printed? You can have either Sue. Full embroidery - front and back - £20-22+vat. Front embroidery, back print is £15-18+vat i agree lets just do our own thing i will help big jay That sounds like a good idea. Jay, can you ask the bloke making the t-shirts what format he needs the artwork in? We can get Granby to take a pic of his stickers and give him that if its ok.
granby Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 apart from the zmmer frame bit Yeah you already have that
matthew_buckland Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Herman only found out last night that the trademark needed to be added to t-shirt design, it is all ready to go, all he needs to know is what format the t-shirt company require it in
LAC Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 ok then lets just do somthing does anyone have a tshirt that big j can use to take to the t shirt place and get the ball rolling They look alright. Can they do these in Yellow???
Dalthegooner Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 (edited) Herman only found out last night that the trademark needed to be added to t-shirt design, it is all ready to go, all he needs to know is what format the t-shirt company require it in It doesn't need the trademark on it Sue. In order for something to be a trademark you need to pay money to do legal searches to ensure that you are not using something that is already a trademark and pay to register it. This has not been done. Edited September 29, 2007 by Dalthegooner
