So we can keep some organisation into this meeting it might be a good idea for members to post what they want to discuss at the meeting!!

Not saying all will beincluded, but might give Pele a good indication of what needs to be included and addressed!

Once the agenda is confirmed then any members unable to attend can of course supply their written comments via someone else who will be attending.

Its important to have as many members turn up and state their view but obviously some are not going to able to and its therefore important their views are still counted as members of the club.

OK just some ideas for a agenda

1. What do you want from your RO

2. Is this currently being done

3. What do members want from the club

4. Get approval for the Kent Scoobies Supporter Badge

Some ideas for the Agenda..

1. What is the actual role of a RO?

2. How we can take the club forward?

3. What support is received?

4. What input is needed from members?

5. Ideas on how to pull together!

As I've said on another thread, I believe that given every ones present work and other social commitments the everyday management of Kent Scoobies is beyond one person. I feel that now is the time to either 'reappoint' Pele or decide on a new RO and at the same time put together a team of perhaps 4 others who would be happy to arrange meets and events (whether they be our own, or participation in national ones) and take on other general issues - sorting out the t-shirts would have been a case in point had someone not stepped in to deal with this. These members need not have specific job titles or roles but simply form the base around which the Club would be able to function far more pro-actively than it does now. On many occasions someone's picked up a thread posted somewhere and added the note "....anyone fancy this?" and a handful might add their names and attend. What we should be saying is "....look this is happening, lets get ourselves along there and make a show of it, banners etc". With the exception of the Bromley Pageant and last weekends Kent Mod Show I don't believe we can say we've made any real efforts to do this?

Perhaps as a specific part of the agenda we should discuss the future structure of the Club management unless the majority are happy to keep things as they are and leave everything in the hands of the RO,whoever that might be. If the Club is to go forward with a 'team' in place then interested members should make themselves known.
