kaan_ors Posted September 13, 2007 Posted September 13, 2007 Looks good. What does it do exactly and how much are they?
granby Posted September 13, 2007 Author Posted September 13, 2007 Looks good. What does it do exactly and how much are they? It stiffens up the bodyshell so the suspension can work better as the wagons don't have a rear bulkhead like saloons Got it from HERE but you have to add customs on top of that price

granby Posted October 5, 2007 Author Posted October 5, 2007 Just thought i'd do a little update on this now i've had it fitted for a few weeks, i must say that it does seem to stiffen up the bodyshell which has got to be good, theres a roundabout near me that has a rippled surface and when i used to go round it the car just didn't feel right and felt like the whole car was shaking but now it feels more solid and doesn't upset the car so i can now go round it quicker so if anyone is thinking of fitting a rear strut brace i'd say definitely do it especially if you have a wagon
luke_clifton Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 Hate those kind of roads. Don't know what it's like for others, but always feels like my teeth are going to vibrate out. I know what you mean though, on those type of roads, car does feel very uneasy. I'm thinking thats mostly due to the crappy tyre/wheels.
