Ok everyone im now going to put the proposed details of the xmas party up and im trying to gauge the amount of intrest in this event

Date:- Sunday 2nd December 2007

Venue:- To Be Confirmed but will be in swindon

Times:- 11am - 4pm (to cater for the children and those who travelled for the event)

Prices:- £9.50 Adults, Children £6.00 (Approx)

Tickets prices included:- buffet lunch, disco, entrance in subaru related quiz, and the children will receive a present from santa

If you wish to come to this event then you need to put your name down, fill in the forms which can be got from myself at any local meet or show and pay a deposit of 25% of total cost for your family by November 2nd 2007 - the deposit may be done by cheque and full amount by Friday 16th November due to venue wanting payment 2 weeks before event.
