Spray Shops

Need a little help. I'm looking for a good spray shop as I should be getting the car re-sprayed sometime soon.

Has to be a good reputable sprayer but don't want to get burnt money wise. I'm expecting to pay around the £1,500 - £2,000 area as I'll be suprised if they can do what I want for anything less, although it would be nice to get it done for around the £1,000 - £1,500 mark :occasion14: .

Any suggestions :brickwall:

The only place that springs to mind might be Baileys down on Marshgate....................I did see another place but cant for the life of me remember where

Try these guys, they are based opposite The Swiss Chalet in Gorsehill - http://www.simteksrs.com/

I said REPUTABLE :occasion14: After looking at some of the work they did on Nick's 'SHOCK' MR2 I'm a little unsure on them :brickwall: Although when they re-sprayed it in gold it did look pretty good :brickwall:

Might be worth having a chat with the people at Baileys, Do they have a web site :brickwall:

If you want on tuesday i could go and ask about if they can do spray jobs and how much if you let me know what you are looking at

My mate kelvin has his own body shop. i have used him for the last 7 years for various jobs.

he can usually work to a budget, like for example. maybe if you could remove alot of the parts, eg lights, bumpers, mirros etc. then he usually cuts the price. also then it depends on if there are any little dings.

when i crashed my FIESTA RS1800 it was a write off cos of the amount of damage thus being thrugh the insurance. but kelvin did the work. it was then back on the road for less than a grand. if you had seen the damage.

any way.

i can get the garage number if you want.

cheers mark

Would be great if you could sort me out with a contact number B)

Might be well worth having a chat with Kelvin, where is he based?
