Hotel or B&B in Perth ?????

Hi guys does anyone ken of a nice place to stay in perth thats no to expensive and fairly close to the center, any help welcome.

we/i always stay at the express by holiday inn  off the a9. About £49ish with continental breakfast, clean, bar, £5 taxi to centre or 30 min walk and best of all lots of parking so no one dings your doors!

my inlaws run b&b's m8,right at the centre of town,off road parking too.

Just over the Tay bridge so quite picturesque, good off road parking in quiet spot of town. But just 5mins walk from city centre. Good breakfast too.
