I gave up 7 weeks ago but was on the tablet Champix should have taken it for 13week but came of it in week 5. Had know problems or cravings.

Big WD Sam!! My 6-month fast got broken about 3 months ago & I got back up to about 3 per day.

Gonna get hypnotised tomorrow morning though just to tip the balance so I can leave the stinky things behind for good!

Day 19 and still going strong and no patches for 9 days.

This even includes a family holiday where Darren was smoking around me a lot of the time. Still missing it though but WILL NOT give in.

Did the hypnosis work Jac ? Darren tried it once but since he is still smoking I guess it didn't work !

I have found the hypnosis a nice little bonus to stopping but it's quite subtle so I should think it quite easy to break the programming if you're determined to start again.....

I was really desperate to beat it this time so it's just stopped me if I have a wobble, like a safety net...?

Good luck to you (both, c'mon Bailey!) the hypnosis was lufferly bTW - chilltastic and worth the £30 by itself
