Hi everyone, can you all make sure your names are on the list if you plan to come along as Pele will be confirming final numbers tommorrow (FRIDAY) If you have not got your tickets you can purchase them from the website at the start of the thread or I beleive you can purchase them on the door but little bit more expensive.

Scoots in answer to your question Pele will not be along on the friday so those of us going friday will be setting up, I am trying to get hold of Eureka as they have the marquee etc. I was thinking that those of us going on the friday could all meet at notcutts and then go along together Im not yet sure about times as asked pele to confirm what time we can go on site when she speaks to them friday. I hope to post an update over the weekend.

Also Im not sure if anyone has noticed but the monthly meet is on the friday also, dazzler and wedmons are going from the show to the meet so I have suggested we have a mini convoy to the meet its a good oppotunity to get some grub..Yum.

Steve last year we were supposed to camp in a separate field but were allowed to camp by the cars, i don't think you have to take the tents down but i'm not 100% sure

We are allowed to camp by the cars this year same as last year. You can access the site from 3pm Friday, and are only allowed to move on and off the site before 9am and after 5pm Sat & Sun.

I agree that would be a respectfall thing to do.

I also think it would be nice to have a small picture of the memorial banner that has been posted up so we can put it near the flag to make others aware of why we are doing it as steve was going to fly flag at half mast.
