Kent modded at the Kent showground 21-23rd september

Any one who is planning on going will need to sort their own tickets, they are on sale on line at the website at the start of this thread.

I have provisionally booked a stand for 20 cars and all the paperwork is with Pele to send off for us.

Just booked mine and big jay's. We wont be getting there till first thing saturday morning. Vicky/Pele will there be any problems with getting our cars on the stand on the saturday? we will be camping saturday night.

Sorry for not being around much, I've got a rather major problem [:S] and not been home alot because of it, Will explain as and when I see people as it's not something I want all over the message boards....

Just printed off the booking form and about to fill it in, so it will be in the post tomorrow.  Not sure if I will be able to spend the whole weekend camping, but will probably be there every day until late - can't get a good dogsitter these days lol. 

As far as I know you can come and go as you please in the evening, but I will send an e-mail just to be sure. 

Have also been to a company down the road from me who do the big viynl (sp??) banners, and am going back there tomorrow to get a price for a new one as the old one is a bit dated now....so some donations would be gratefully accepted towards the cost when I get it []

Right, just started to fill the form in, I can add peoples tickets to the form if required, so if your being lazy then just give me the money and i'll add you to the form and pay by card lol  I have also noticed if we need power we will have to pay £98!!  so if anyone needs power for hairdryers or anything it's going to be a very expensive hairdo lol. and lastly if anyone is thinking of bringing a gazebo, I need the ground coverage of it to add on the form please.

Paul and I both have the friday off. We dont mind helping with the organising/coordination.

Pele just let me know what I can do to help and If you are not able to make the friday im sure we can sort things out.

 

Eureka could we borrow the gazebo/blue room again?[] Also steve is very good at organizing the cars and making the stand look good from the experiance of the hop farm. Think I just volunteered you there mate!

i dont mine helping out with things

i have a 4x4 gazebo, gas bbq(save a fortune on food) i also purchased some bunting and flags for the last show i dont mind getting more of these things to make our stand look the nuts

trev has a flag if he dosnt mind lending it to me

i may even get a couple of flagpoles to put up

Rob we do not require your SIDC number as you can purchase tickets direct from the kent modded website and then join us on the club stand.

Pele Have you confirmed numbers with the organisers and also we have not heard anything about requirements for organisation on the friday. I think steve (eureka) has purchased some flag poles and is bringing the gazebo.

I've got my Rallyday tickets though i didnt notice it's the same day! - Looks like i'll just be there on the Sunday now- damn it - nothing all summer then it's all at once!
