Green Bugeye

Im on the Mainland by the way.

on a couple of occasions this week I have seen a green bugeye, with Manx plates on my way work in the  morning and then again this evening on the way home.

anyone know who it is?.....

And at the last count there was rather a lot of false manx plates (as well as genuine one's) knocking around the liverpool area

 

Even my old typeR with XMN555 is still flying around wales with my old No on[:@]

does the Manx symbol on the plates have a red background?.

i dont think it had graphics on...not too sure about the wheels.
