Little H
Sh17 mate your having a rough time, if your getting a pressure build up, i wouldnt have thought it would be a head gasket, could be a blockage. How bad is the pressure? Link to comment

*Andy*
A blockage in the cooling water circuit would not result in significant over pressure since the pump is centrifugal even if the pipes were completely blocked the pressure deliverable by the impellor is finite, and relative to the RPM, i.e. the pressure can not continue to rise. Since the only other source of pressure is from the combustion side a gasket fault seems likely. Andy Link to comment
paul n
Not good news, hope you get sorted. Sure you'll have tried this but have you dipped the oil to check to see if there's any water in it, looks like a sludgy mess on the dipstick, the colour of Baileys Link to comment
