Right, I'm away to the garage to dig out the old VHS "The Story of the MKII Escort" for some nostalgia.

This sequence is in it. Ah the days when you could get a "Fast Ford" from the showroom. Not the corporate Blue Oval Mobiles they punt out now.

They missed the boat completely with the Focus RS and having looked at the new ST, it just ain't up to scratch.
