black 18" alloys on an STI8

Had a brain storm last night whilst playing GT4. the 480bhp WR Blue STI i was using at the time had black alloys on it.

so it looked very good TBH and it has got me thinking that maybe the black alloys on the real car would be cool.

does anyone agree this could be an idea or would i get ripped to bits for having black racing alloys on my blue car?

or would everyone say its nice then rip me when i got them??? LOL

Nowt wrong with black alloys on a blue STI..... the big plus is you wont need to clean the brake-dust off them as often!!

I have to say that Gold wheels just don't do it for me. It's taken me a while to appreciate my bronze-ish ones, but I'd still rather have Anthricate PFF7s or some nice Volk Gunmetal LE37s.

nearly bought a set of Prodrive FF7's this afternoon till i found out how much a new clutch with fitting and a 30k service costs !!!!!!

but then remembered i still had giro money left to get the black alloys.

Look awesome. although no doubt they will be &hite looking as we hear so often in our circles.

i reckon black alloys look brill on blue cars, makes it look even more sporty IMHO. i'll b gettin black or really dark alloys on my car aswell so u wont b the only one lol

chris, i reckon black on the blue car would look the dogs danglies mate, if you want something totally unique give me a bell, know a guy who can alter your alloys to suit and give you any finish u want....
