sti8 bonnet scoop

Hi guys , im just tinkering with this idea but.....

1) would this fit easily enough on a 02 wrx

2) where would the best place be to get one

3) would the extra air getting in have any effect on the intercooler

4) what sort of price are they

Just went and bought one today for our Classic wagon

1) Dont know about 02 but there is differences in the size of the hole for the scoop

2) DR Motorsport (www.drmotorsport.co.uk)

3)The extra air could help the intercooler

4) £100 unpainted £140 Painted!!!

The standard STi 8 scoop wont be a straight bolt on job to a bugeye WRX. You can buy aftermarket ones that mimick the new scoop but IMHO they look out of places as they dont follow any lines of the bonnet. AS has been said , give Dave a call at DRmotorsports top bloke that should be able to help ya out if he sells em.

agree with Scott on this one...............they look out of place on anything other than a new age wrx or sti.

better bet would be to go for the classic sti one that is larger than the standard one, at least as Scott points out it will follow the lines of the car better.
