imprezapete Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Yeah I got onto the bypass at Granada from Musselburgh(No Snow) to the pure ungritted bypass it took me 50mins instead of 20mins to get to work. but then again i left at 6:55am. But I hear that its to snow again tonight.
ANDYJDMSTI Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Took me f@ckin ages to get over to Andyf this morning!!!! well worth it though....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
jamie_wood Posted March 2, 2005 Author Posted March 2, 2005 The more snow the better Makes me laugh when I see all the numpties getting stuck in 1" of snow with their wifes pushing them up the street. All it takes is a bit of common sense most of the time, to get the cars moving So long as its all gone for Saturday morning
st3ph3n Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 I was on a course in Edinburgh today and it took me near 3 hours to get from the SE of Glasgow to the middle of Edinburgh. Had intended getting a train at livingston like I used to do when working in Edinburgh, but by the time I'd got that far I thought I was going to completely miss the course. Luckily for me the poor guy taking it was stuck over Edinburgh airport for 2 hours as they had to shut the place. So I arrived in nice time after all. I'd rather have been out in the untouched carparks of Clackmannanshire though. We still had snow at work on Monday from last week's falls.
