DEVLIN Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 I rent a lockup from the council ( in the Kelvinside area ) and I get change out of 20 quid a month contact the local council office - they will probably tell you you could wait up to 12 years but I got mine within 6 months.
