derek_robertson Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Current positions after super special. rally report
the squiggle Posted January 3, 2005 Posted January 3, 2005 Good Good. Is there any coverage on Eurosport at all. Grant
rossyboy Posted January 3, 2005 Posted January 3, 2005 The coverage on Eurosport is the worst I have ever seen, not even worth bothering with. Some foreign blokes explain the next stage, then there are "highlights" of the stage just gone. Motorbikes first, then the cars and finally the trucks. Lots of pointless interviews thrown in aswell. McRae got about 10 seconds mention last night, even though he was leading the thing! There is hardly any of the actual racing shown
corsa Posted January 6, 2005 Posted January 6, 2005 NEWSFLASHES 16:49 Cars ? McRae quits the race After suffering a crash at km 410, Colin McRae (NIS- n°308) was taken back to the Zouerat bivouac by helicopter. The Scot appears to be injured and was therefore forced to withdraw from the race. The Scot appeared on his two feet with no serious worries.
evojkp Posted January 6, 2005 Posted January 6, 2005 He apparently rolled end over end a few times. Looks like a busted nose and concusion. Both he and Tina were flown to hospital for checkups. Both are expected to fly home tomorrow. Good to see McCrash aint lost it Just glad both were able to walk away from it.
