Ok chaps and a smattering of chapettes,

Am considering getting the car Tek3'd it is a New Age JDMSTI, now afew things have got me thinking lately to question my route. face-icon-small-wink.gif

My question is - "if you had the car what would you do and why??????".............................just what would you do!!!!????? face-icon-small-confused.gif

have you thought of getting the apexi pc set up that andy f does, think he does it for the newer scoobs. if i remember right he charges 700 and that supply / fit / map.

dont know if this is what you are looking for.

spoke to Andy a couple of months ago and they dont do apexi for my car. Andy will however start doing the tek3.

apexi would be very nice indeed though.

First off i would give the car to thesquirrel555 for good measure and throw in 2 of your months wages.

OK if not that then. Stephen mentioned TSL, i say pah to TSL and give Prodrive a phone.

OK if not that then. Maybe the possibilties of GEMS, MOTEC or even a Pectel unit.

OK if not that then. Stick with the TEK3 but wait until you add a USDM 2.5, bigger turbo, front mount, fuel pump, injectors, water injection, oil cooler and plugs. Then remap the ECU to see what power you can obtain with a relative degree of safety.

I still think the first option would be the best IMHO ............................. face-icon-small-wink.gif

Depends how thick the wedge is that you would have to give them, ok then about a fortnights wages to you then.

A nice wee reverse inlet manifold, tilted front mount and air injectors along with a management system would all be available from Prodrive if you show them you have enough greenbacks to do the job. The internals in your car are identical to the series N10 Grp N rally car so some WRC goodies would be a unique feature to an already gorgeous car.

Autosportif and RED Motorsport service the latest gen WR cars so they would be a good starting point for enquiries. Motorsport Weekly do a classified section but i dont think their distribtion covers Basra. I will check the next copy for a contact email address for R.E.D motorsport or Autosportif and forward it onto you.

Still think option 1 is the best.
