David Clarke
Here, I’ve got a Subaru 330s and I’m loving it, best car ive ever driven (I’m only 21 and haven’t driven much cars, so that statement could be very misinformed) but I’ve just been wondering lately, what actually gives the 330s that extra 30 horsepower to the standard, what did Prodrive actually do to the car?? The Don
Subaru upgraded the car's spec and Prodrive provided the power increase.(remap plus exhaust parts) Prodrive Performance Pack Impreza WRX STI 2.5 2008MY The Impreza WRX STI Performance Package boosts peak power to 330 PS @ 5400 rpm (previously 300 PS @ 6000 rpm) and 470 Nm of torque @ 3400 rpm (previously 407 Nm @ 4000 rpm). The improved performance is produced through a carefully developed combination of matched exhaust and engine management modifications. (330PS equates to 325.5bhp, 470Nm equates to 347lbft ) Link to comment
