ccrien Posted June 13, 2019 Share Posted June 13, 2019 Saw similar thing on BBC a few days ago, their slant was that " quiet rural communities" we're behind the complaints and the requests for this, and then mentioned "illegally modified" motorcycle exhausts. The RAC illustration is useless in that case, since it's forward pointing at the car front number plate! Link to comment
