davey l wrx
Made a quick trip into kintore earlier to book the old WRX in for a service and pre-mot check over. While i was there i paid a quick and expensive visit to Polished Bliss. After a quick chat i now have a nice polishing machine and loads of Workstat bottles, cloth's and buffing wheels. Got some good tips off the guys about cleaning and polishing impreza's with their world infamous ultra thin paint! I'm now trying to convince myself it's far to cold to go out and wash and polish a car today Now to see if i can get a hose plumbed in somewhere and sort out a jetwash.... Link to comment

davey l wrx
Haha cheers mate... Looks like i've got some reading to do. Just want to keep the 2 scoobs looking good and shiny! In the long run it makes cleaning them easier as well. Might get out and give it a go tomorrow after the WRX is deposted at Clark Motorsport for it's service and MOT. Link to comment
silver_surfer
I'll second that, they are a top bunch! Spent a fortune on stuff from them! And spent many hours looking through their site, they're definitely one of the best in the business. And the Werkstat products are excellent and sooo easy to use in any weather. Link to comment
davey l wrx
the 'any weather' bit wasn't what i wanted to hear.... I'm trying to convince myself i need a nice warm sunny day! Link to comment
silver_surfer
Haha sorry. Any weather within reason, if its too cold the product might work but your hands might not! It'll be a while before theres a warm sunny day in Kinloss! Link to comment
davey l wrx
Oops i'll have to change that (done).... Move to Westhill last month. Not any warmer though! Edited December 6, 2011 by davey l wrx Link to comment
scouk
Polished Bliss get's by vote.. Whenever I'm through that way, always try find an excuse to go in past Polished bliss and EliteCarCare are my two main sources of stuff.. But only use EliteCarCare if ordering lots of stuff (Discount available for SIDC Members). Prices are slightly cheaper than PB but delivery cost to my IV postcode from them more or less works out about the same as driving through to PB.. And' let's face it.. Any excuse Really good bunch of guys at PB and always happy to give friendly advice! If you disagree with them, you'r probably wrong! Edited December 6, 2011 by ScoUK Link to comment
davey l wrx
It could get expensive for me Al, i can get there in 10 minutes and pass it every week heading through to elgin and back. I even pass it when i need to go to the bank! I will have to resist... I did nearly book a car in for some work but thought sod it i'll buy the gear and do it myself instead Link to comment
