Clicking at boost solenoid

Hi everyone, have noticed recently that there is a loud clicking occasionally from the boost solenoid on my Forester...running on for a few seconds after ignition switched off too..... Is this something I should investigate? Maybe clean? (I know how to do that lol)

Boost solenoids do generally make a fairly loud ticking noise, although not usually with ignition only, unless it's an aftermarket solenoid or ecu.

Oops just noticed this reply ...sorry .....no I think it will all be original as its only been in the country a few years

I'm going to post a pic up as its different from the pic on "how to clean your BS" and from my Impreza's and the pipes seem unaccessible
