Hi guys, Im Baz.

I have just bought a 2004 blobeye wrx, i stay in the lanarkshire area.

I was wondering if anybody could recommend a localish tuner/garage to take my car to for a service and general once over.

It has a full magnex system with a milltek decat, k&n typhoon induction,forge dump valve, other than that i cant see much else in the way of engine tuning. At a rough guess what type of power should it be making, i was told by the previous owner that it was 300 but i suspect this to be way off the mark.

Also, my speedo reads 10mph ish above the actual speed and there is a fair bit of vibration over 80mph, any ideas.

welcome to the fold m8, plenty of members from the lanarkshire area to let you know about garages, give badbaz a P.M im sure he works/runs a garage and he knows his scoobs inside out

if the cars not been mapped then you will prob be about 240bhp ??? for over 280 you need a bigger turbo and injectors over the standard wrx stuff, a remap should see you about 270-280 bhp with the mods you have just now
