corsa
Ok guys, bit of a strange one here, not really a squeak but lets say a thing that makes the noise has been in my engine bay. I found the wee red plastic cover on top of the engine nibbled away. I THINK I HAVE A MOUSE IN MY ENGINE!!!!!!! Picture below is of the knawed part. Picture below is that of 2 of the six traps i have set Picture below shows that i mean business. Sorry about the rubbish pics, taken from the phone. Lets wait and see whats there is in the morning, has anybody else had a similar problem? it could turn out to be expensive if it chewed through the loom or a fuel pipe!!!! Wierd or what. Davie. Jazmac
reset the traps and see if they have any more friendsbetter safe than sorry I can garantee you will have more, i had mice in my kitchen a few years ago, only discovered i had them when i was fitting a new plumbed in fridge, and found the mice had eatten through the old fridge cable to copper, could have been nasty, anyway i started of with the humain traps and tallyed a count of five with that then the wee buggers figured out how to get in and out of the traps eating the nuts and chocolate so i had to get the snappers, final count of mice in my kitchen 22 of the feckers, 5 got off lightly and were released in a near by field the other 17 were toast. moral of the story kep those traps set and use nuttela best thing. scoobyseller555
all joking aside Davie,i have seen some cars that have had mice attacks, these buggers eat anything, seats, wiring looms, bulkhead material, carpets and they can get into areas that you wouldn't think possible, not only would i leave the traps outside the car,i would also leave a couple inside aswell, just to be safe.
