Programming A Key

got a impreza and the key dont work the remote locking , guy i got it from said it needs reprogrammed ..... anybody give me a heads up whats needing done to get this sorted out

Hi Andy,

I'm afraid I cant help you off the top of my head with this, but I can tell you that there is a bit on the forum that will give you this info... I'll dig a link out for you in a minute...

newage states in manual with keypad can program keys

its a 2003 52plate bugeye with a key that has 2 buttons on it for the remote locking , the guy i got the car from recons it needs reprogrammed , just making sure i cant do it myself before i go to s&s and get them to do it
