Td 05 16 G Any Good For Wrx Upgrade

Is the above turbo a worth while upgrade and what sort of bhp can it produce with the correct mods, I was looking for vf34/35 but they seems much more expensive also what mods would be needed for about 320 on a newage

That's what I've got fitted mate with the following supporting mods, I am running 333BHP / 324lbft of torque with minimal lag

Sti intercooler

Sti up pipe

decatted Hayward and Scott 3" exhaust system

550 cc pink injectors

Walbro fuel pump

Free flow panel filter

NGK PFR7B sparkplugs

And of course an Andy F remap

The upipe is connected to one end of the turbo and the downpipe is connected to the other. The exhaust gasses coming from the engine pass through the uppipe on the way out and spin the turbine and then pass on through the turbo and through the down pipe, along the rest of your exhaust and out the back of the car

get as much of a free flowing system as you can, big bellmouth downpipe,wide bore decat system and rear box, at the other end upgrade the headers and up-pipe.................mmmmmmmmmmmmm HUGE HUGE HUGE lovable noise and performance gains to be had alone from an exhaust!!

decatted exhaust,freeflow panel filter,td05(maybe an uprated fuel pump) and remap should see 320+bhp with 300+ torque no probs,only need to uprate other things if you plan on lots of track days.i have similar power in an old classic on the same turbo(without a remap).
