Keep an eye on the for sale section on here and also over on scoobynet. Also put up a wanted posted on both sites in the wanted section.

Hi,

I take it you have seen or are going by this guide?

http://www.andyforrestperformance.co.uk/58901.html

I've got a VF34 and love it.

Like Paul says, keep an eye on the for sale sections.

I got my VF34, pink injectors, sti tmic and bigger scoop from members on here when I was upgrading.

Beware of some 34's on ebay as I was told they weren't even proper VF34's!

With you wanting the 34, injectors etc....have you had anything else done yet?

STi tmic/uprated fuel pump/downpipe/up pipe etc?

All that's done is the back cat is out and have a sport cat down pipe, I'm just going to try and get the parts together over the next few months, but as I said I am a novice so any info helps

I believe the 34 is a tiny bit better than the 35 in that spools tad quicker, and price reflects it.

You can either get 2nd hand from someone upgrading or breaking. Think also AWD in Perth had some sort of part exchange, not 100% sure on that though.

Also look for low mileage pinks from an upgrade or breaking. Compare prices perhaps before committing as saw one other day that was asking a lot for newish ones.

As noted in a previous post, be worthwhile considering changing the up-pipe and to an STi TMIC etc like Ritchie says.

Yeah, that's what I did. Took my time and sourced the parts.

You can't go wrong if you go with Andy F's guide

Level 1 260-280 bhp

Full Decat or Sportscat exhaust from turbo back 2.5 or 3” bore

Ecutek Custom ECU recalibration (similar to PPP)

Twin boost set up for high/low power switchable in-car

Walbro 255 l/hr uprated fuel pump

K+N panel filter

Level 2 290-310 bhp

Full Decat or Sportscat exhaust from turbo back 2.5 or 3” bore.

Decat uppipe Pre turbo

Walbro 255 l/hr uprated fuel pump

K+N panel filter

Ecutek Custom ECU recalibration

Twin boost set up for high/low power switchable in-car

AFP 04-H custom ported hybrid turbo

High Flow multi spray fuel injectors 550cc (380cc as std)

Uprated turbo to intercooler 'Y' pipe

NGK PFR 7B uprated spark plugs

Level 2(a) 300-320 bhp

Substitute VF34/35 or TD05-16G turbo in place of AFP04H for additional 10-20bhp but with slightly later turbo spool up

Use that as a tick list. The 550cc injectors are also called pinks....due to the colour.

I picked up the spark plugs on ebay for a lot cheaper.

If you get an STI TMIC, try and get one that has the intercooler Y pipe unless you have PPP which I think it came with?

If I remember, you get the decatted up pipe because the cat can break up after upgrades (or something along those lines!!)

Happy hunting :P
