seafar99
http://www.plastics4performance.com/LEXAN-...ws/c-1-288-489/ Rear screen would need to be permantly bonded in.(once the glass one has been cut out) Side-windows can be fixed in place with rivets & brackets. Link to comment
TrackScotland
if its a 2 door - bond in rear screen and rear 1/4.... front 'may' need a frame. They are thinker and formed, so 'should' fit nicely but they will still pop out at speed etc. Fire Ext - have a look at demon tweeks for ideas. I have a basic Life Line 2 nozzle kit, think its called Marshal Link to comment

badbaz
What would be the weight saving replacing all four door windows and the rear screen? Does anyone know? Link to comment
seafar99
What would be the weight saving replacing all four door windows and the rear screen? Does anyone know? A saving is a saving when weight reduction's the name of the game, but polycarbonate 'windows' and fibreglass doors make a major weight saving. Will also make your wallet a lot lighter too! TrackScotland
any links to GRP doors? Link to comment
cullenmin
What would be the weight saving replacing all four door windows and the rear screen? Does anyone know? Approx 50% weight saving on OE windows. Everything seems to be a bit vague in respect to actual grams/kg weight saving over OE items. As said, the lighter the better, less is more Link to comment
seafar99
http://www.a-b-w.co.uk/ ht.autos worth trying these people first, immortal used to make kits including doors, but may be trading under another name, worth asking over on 22b. Link to comment
