if its a 2 door - bond in rear screen and rear 1/4.... front 'may' need a frame. They are thinker and formed, so 'should' fit nicely but they will still pop out at speed etc.

Fire Ext - have a look at demon tweeks for ideas. I have a basic Life Line 2 nozzle kit, think its called Marshal

Cheers for the info lads appreciated, dont think i will do it this time around ie the perspex the car is a 4 door .. not got enough time i have been told :D however hopefully plumb in the fire Ext..

What would be the weight saving replacing all four door windows and the rear screen? Does anyone know?

A saving is a saving when weight reduction's the name of the game, but polycarbonate 'windows' and fibreglass doors make a major weight saving.

Will also make your wallet a lot lighter too! :D

Approx 50% weight saving on OE windows.

Everything seems to be a bit vague in respect to actual grams/kg weight saving over OE items. As said, the lighter the better, less is more :D
