P1 Maf

hi i got my p1 on thursday,i checked the maf and when i unplug the maf it drops the revs as if it is going to stall but picks up again and dosent stall,does this mean the i need a new maf,and anyone know where is best to get one thanks

Is the car running bad? A MAF failure wont cut the engine.

New insert for MAF about 95 pounds i think. From loads o places.
