better with the brows but do they let enough of your indicators be seen? god i sound old!!!

They do .. just.. THe light can still easily be seen from the outside.. It just stops the light from pointing up now.. I remember using my indicators on teh orig headlights and I coudl light up roadsigns a nice orange colour for 1/2 a mile away! IMHO they are too bright to begin with.

I'd keep them on.. TO be honest, I think what puts most peopel off them is that no one in the UK seems to do it.. so it doesn't look right.. But! It makes the car look more agressive, the lines follow a more "classic" look from a distance.. Also They are pretty damn popular in teh US Most cars over there either have eyelids or aftermarket headlights!

Be a trend setter along with ScoobyDoom and keep them! I'm certain they will catch on.. And for a fraction of the cost of new headlights!

agree with scooby222 wondering if there is enough indicator showing. could not be bothered with any problems that may ensue with police myself.
Certainly seems to be enough showing on mine but I did think of something else. As I got my clear marker replacements from the good old US of A they are actually indicators so could change the wires over from the side repeaters to the markers and they'd light up instead and would be more visible at the front.

Totaly agree with the STI headlights. i would never have thought it but i like it better with the eyelid things :P

;) Shame the STi Lights are like gold dust! Morettes tend to be cheaper :D

Seems like a thumbs up for the eyelids so far! :o

And I have to admit the more times I read this thread the more I like the look of them!!! The UK need more Bugeye Eye-Lids! :D

Not seen it in the flesh yet, but ScoobyDoom's car really suits them!
