Sigma Alarm Problem

Guys,

Have got a problem on my Sigma Alarm on MY06 STi, the fobs (both of them) do not work on the car, have changed the bty's but still nothing.

i have to use the keypad now to start the car and its getting a pain, i have been to Airdrie Auto electricians(Part of the T.O.M Group), the were usueless(seemed he did not know to much about it and seemed generally apathetic) said i need a new unit, have been waiting now for 6 days for the guy to get back to me about it, ie if its been ordered etc, i have phoned them now 4 times to try and get it sorted, not a peep back

now they are not getting my buisness as why would you pay for getting ignored.

Does anyone know any good auto electricians or alarm specialists near to motherwell/Hamilton.

Thanks in Advance.

sounds like the keyfobs have lost there program, dont know if select monitor will be able to reprogram your keyfobs as sigma is whats on all classic imprezas, give Charlie a shout on 01324 605100 and he should be able to advise.

If you know the pincode and it's the same alarm system fitted to the earlier newages you should be able to re-program them yourself!!

[Edited to add] - It could also be that superlock has been enabled which disables the keyfobs so you are forced to operate the immobiliser by the keypad only (More secure) I think that's also covered in that manual
