fudge Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 I have now had the brakes upgraded: 355mm ventilated discs all round. AP 6 pots on front & 4 pots on rear / braided hosing etc. Will be bedding in for 2K - 3K miles then back up RCM for the new suspension set up. Will be using Exe-tc system (same outfit that supplied Gobstopper suspension) Should see improved grip at higher speeds and higher levels of grip in the wet. Chances are that tyre wear will be reduced. Further changes / additions may be required to suspension when engine goes twisted. Next on the list will be 6 speed box. I think it will involve RCM internals (TBC) / Clutch mods / Prop etc Still aiming to be running at 600+ early 2009
dunks Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Looking good, cant wait to see the finished project
stiggy Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Looking good, cant wait to see the finished project Not sure about seeing the finished project my names down on the list for a passenger ride
mikkers Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Its gonna be a monster for sure, even more than it is now. I am concerned that with stiggy and skullfudge up front you may struggle to get above 35mph, with all that weight. You really need someone nice and light to test it first. Someone like me

mikkers Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 I was merely demonstrating my superb balancing ability and general co-ordination skills.
