dan_jess
Blackcircles.com, very good prices on there Link to comment
micra_wrc
Blackcircles.com, very good prices on there 2nd that. I used them at start of month to get 4 new tyres and once you get your head around the strangeness of ordering online, it works well and very easy. order and pay online, pick fitting garage and appointment time, they deliver your tyres to garage within a week, garage fits, balances and even disposes of your old ones. send me a goat with your email address and I can refer you... I can get points for referrals Link to comment

irn_bru
I used one of the tyre/exhaust fitting places that seem to have a branch in every town. With very little effort on my part, they "price-matched" any price i could get via the net. Colin. Link to comment
frank c
How do you drive and in what conditions ? Link to comment
Guest lostboy?
Hi Frank I drive very sensible in the wet, and only the odd burst in the dry and the odd run, i have TOYO T1s all round and feel them slide in the wet. So only let go in the dry. From the 3 brands is one better than the other? Or are they very much the same, and what order would you put them in 1 to 3? CHEERS lostboy? Link to comment
frank c
I've only tried the T1R's from your list buddy so i can't advise on the others. Alot of folk give the t1r's a good report but i never liked them tbh..the side walls were too soft for me and i wasn't keen on the tread design on the edge of the tyre, too square ,so less contact with the road . I had the 40 profile tyres so the 45's with an extra load rating might be a little better. The only other wet tyre i've tried is the Eagle F1 (same as the traffic cops).. a good all round tyre and excellent in the wet (pants in the snow) but are similar to the toyos regarding the side walls and probably a better feel for me if they were extra load aswell.. Sorry i can't help more Link to comment
jodie typeRA
ive tryed the toyos..top notch in the dry,but not so good in the rain . ive ran the uniroyals aswell and thought thay where good in the wet and dry. i then swaped over to bridgstones as the yokos i had where crap (not the 1s you looking at) Edited July 2, 2008 by jodie typeRA Link to comment
