ed-209 Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Does anyone know the right on the road price for the new STi. The original press release says £24,995 OTR £1600 less than the old STi. but subaru.co.uk webpage say £26,595 Why and when did the price go back up. Anyone know what sort of price I should be trying to get one for. Maybe I get my SIDC discount.
bogie Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 I was just wondering that myself, I noticed the other day on the Subaru UK website the price had increased (don't know if the spec has changed)
big den Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 That'll be to cover the increase in Road Tax plus an environmental tax (aka get it up the motorist) Bitter - not me!! Den
Hepy Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 It mentions the higher price in EVO magazine. Said it is due to exchange rates. Any excuse to up the price.
scoobyseller555 Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 yep unfortunately due to the $hit exchange rate at the moment,£26595 plus £360 if you want met paint. Ed told you the blue one is the car for you!!!! Gav
