Help With B M W

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks

One of my students has a BMW 323 CI MY02. She is looking to find out more about the car and I suggested a Drivers Club site like the SIDC, so I was wondering if any of you former or current BMW owners can recommend a site with good forums and advice etc.

Thanks!

J :)

I joined up on the site "bmwland"

http://www.bmwland.co.uk/talker/index.php?...b351fe3ff9f0ec2

some are a wee bit up tight at times, had a bit of banter before chrimble about taking up two parking spaces at shoping carparks.

one guy would rather park right up alongside a car that takes up the two spaces, so they cant get out !!!!!!!!

he did go off one a wee bit

but for the most part it has a lot of good things going on there, i was able to get a set of 17"M alloys with average tyres for about 350 quid

cheers

Wee tip for her, I've driven a few BM's and even though a lot of owners have trouble, its really easy to use the indicators.. move the stalk up to turn right and down to turn left, oh, and they dont mysteriously break down if you take them out of the outside lane of the motorway and let other people past. :occasion14:

Cheers,

Grant
